* You may receive errors such as "POL-1160" or "POL-0010" during the download process due to heavy server traffic. If you are unable to access the update, we ask that you please wait a while and then try again.

Wait is this the actual update? It's pretty big for a pre-load maint so it must be. But not even a warning post on the POL site? Guess they're counting that Summer of Updates thing as the announcement.

If by post you mean a huge article with details that tends not to happen till the day of the update kinda like it says in this message. But this is still on the front page of POL news. Plus like you said the other one already said it was happening... this is probably just more of a hey it's a day earlier and here are the download specs/times like they usually do a couple of days before

I think they're referring to the fact the Matsui said that the (tentative) date of the patch was to be July 9th a week or so ago.

I do believe that every date he gives is the Japanese date (one day ahead) and Camate never takes this into account for his translations.

Yeah I had forgot about the bit where it said specifically July 9th. And also yeah, July 8th and stuff.
