I just completed GEO Limit Break quest. It's pretty simple.
Found out the hard way (it's not a major issue) any Indi/Geo spells you have up when you spawn the NM will disappear. With that said....
The NM is a Fire Elemental. Your sub is taken away, and the level is capped at 99. The Fire Elemental NM will not melee you, it will only spam Fire 2, Fire 3, Firaga, and Firaga 2.
Quickly put up Indi-Regen, and Geo-Fend (MDB buff) along with any MDB gear you have. The nukes aren't painful at all with the buffs and gear up, and Indi-Regen will quickly replace any lost HP. I simply spammed Watera, Watera II, Water IV, and Water III, took down the NM is around 1:30. MP shouldn't be an issue, but GEO now has access to Aspir and Aspir II, so that takes care of any MP issues that may arise.
Overall a very easy fight.
Always thought the orders of Adoulin to be a reference to the Knights of Round summon.
Any word on the new capes? Since they didn't add roaming NMs, either these are new armors unlocked to buy when you edify some coalition or it's a quest reward.
Also goddamn, Yggdrasil looks like the fucking Mana Tree.

I imagine next rank for PK coalition.
Some of the new KI are pretty nice, along with a ton of KI that look related to mog gardens.

Okay, so I can start the quest "FAILure is not an option. NPC down the stairs on the right when you come out of Western Adoulin Mog House/Gardens. Is that the one quest? I see there's more in the dats, but the NPCs I'm talking to aren't giving me any prompts.
Zone to enter Dho Gates is from Foret D-10/E-10 nearest to Biv#4. There is likely also another zone into there on Forets north island where the fracture is but can't tell until people take down that reive.
Edit: Spira any idea if there could be other maps for Dho Gates? The one you found doesn't quite appear to coordinate with the zone. You zone in at K-10 but it's not really on that map.
Actually no I think it is right, it's just the tunnel goes a bit off the shown map but that's typical anyways.
Sorta skimmed the thread, but do we know what "Magic Damage +" is? I would have thought it was just a different wording for MAB, but both of them are on a few different pieces.
It took 27 imps to rank up from Inventor Contributor to Inventor Partner. Went 3 imps at a time since I thought it was gonna take until 30 exactly but I checked anyways just in case. Leads me to believe that it's probably 25 so I'll try and verify that on Peacekeepers in a few if I still have enough.
The japanese version updates say something about them and wildskeeper reives. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/35232
From google translate:
The best I can make from that is that they can drop from any reive (in the new areas?) (for the job your currently on only?), including wildskeepers, where it will be an extra drop slot (not overwriting naakul equipment.)In addition, in the rave of all of the area you have added this time,
You may back of each equipment for the job available.
In (Wild keeper Rave is,
I am now available at lottery other than the seven 支公 equipment. )
Thought I'd let people know!
Don't go through Dho Gates from the NW island in Foret. You'll just come across a Reive in Dho at H/I-7 that blocks your path. Velkk and Tarichuk. Obviously, if you can get past that, then you're good, but solo is a no go.
I think there's a slight difference between the two tbh but sure, I'd still be happy with that.
I'm predominantly a melee, I'm just tired of the best tactic being to melee zerg it into the ground before it can do anything. I don't particularly care for RNG, I just thought it was a nice change of pace.
I mean my RNG is gimp as hell. Find another RNG that has 99 Anni but is that apathetic about the job that they can't even be bothered to get AF3+2 body (or any AF3+2 for that matter)
