It's somewhat comparable to gains from Int, except that you get the same value regardless of your current dInt. Essentially, it's most useful at very high dInts, where it takes larger amounts of Int to gain that same increase in base damage. It's also more useful for lower tier spells for two reasons: a fixed increase in base damage is a higher percent gain for the lower starting V; and the M values for lower tier spells are lower than for higher tier spells. +6 base damage can be as little as +1 int for low dInt on high tier spells, but can be up to 6 int for high dInt on low tier spells.
If it's being added to V just like Mdint is V value shouldn't effect how much magic dmg compares to int

Edit: Assuming it does just add on going by the new update table on bgwiki: Magic dmg only wins when using T1 single target nukes with greater than 100 dint. And ties only when using T1 single target with ΔINT50-99, Thunder I at any int lvl, T2 single target ΔINT100-199, and T1 ga/ra at ΔINT100-199. Rest of the time 1 Magic dmg < 1 int at least until you get to 199 dint since there is no testing past that/SE hasn't told us as far as I know

Double edit: Of the spells updated this update Helix also have M of 1 not sure if anyone has testing if/where that changes and same for some of the banish/holys but meh. Kinda curious if/how it works with magical ws though... and maybe enspell

Thinking that they are going to come once the coalitions rank up to 4. So it'll be Sunday before we can do them.

So instead of boosting wyverns to the same level as an Alternator Automaton or Avatars with the new Satchel, they just literally give them a straight +level. So 119= +19 levels of str/vit/dex/att/acc/hp or whatever. Would seem like a lot, except stat growth on wyverns is terribad. The breath boost is decent-ish but unless wyverns are hitting Delve NMs for 100-180 per hit with 200ish crits with 85-90% accuracy and 600-800 breaths, loldrg remains.

Hope you're right, I cant remember if you needed to rank up the coalition to get access to higher tier missions on top of your personal rank. Theres no new personal rank within a coalition, right?

I'm not 100% sold on the buffs to SMN just yet. I won't be till I get my grubby little hands on it and test it. From the sounds of it it appears to be the same stat growth that Avatars had for every other level, which would be okay but not as awesome as Alternator.

Well unless you have upu they would be out-damaging us if they had boosts similar to the other pet jobs lol.

Yet out of the jobs who received these boosts (PUP/BST/SMN), DRG is still by far the most likely to be taken along to Delve NMs.

Well let's face it drg is the most useful of the jobs without it's pet and no one has ever really taken jugs seriously despite how insane there debuffs are

Thats probably where the new assignments are. I've done 80 in scouts, I'll go 1 by 1 till I rank up.

If you strip away job stigmas, BST with their pets not only have apeshit crazy debuffs, but with SOA Axes, they can do ridiculous Ruinators. Also isn't Ruinator like the best merit WS? It has higher fTP than Reso and actually has a cRatio bonus instead of a cRatio penalty like Reso. Only thing holding BST back is useful self buffs I guess? But their pets have high as fuck base damage cuz pre-SOA NursuryNuzanna hits Odinv2 for like 380-400+ while Ragnas hit for 200-300. If both BST and pet were hitting together, surely the combined DPS would at least beat out other non-2h i.e MNK?

Also since PUP can wear Oatixur and can Stringing Pummel(which > Shijin Spiral) wouldn't they be slightly on par with MNK or even ahead dare I say?(they'd lack Impetus though and some MA but have a superior WS) but if they could keep their auto alive enough to use Armor Shatterer(does upwards of 3.6k in Delve) wouldn't they be up to par as well?

That statement doesn't make any sense.

Ambiguous statement. "Only wins" vs what? If you're referring specifically to the rdm cape with 6 magic damage, it will always be worth at least 1 int, since the highest M value across all spells is 6 (Stone V or Stoneja, though obviously rdm can't even cast those).

Second half of your statement refines the conditions to be only X magic damage vs X int. So, if you have an equal value of int and magic damage, int is probably better, aside from the exceptions you noted. However we rarely compare strictly equal values of two unique stats.

The Burempte Hat, for example, has 35 magic damage along with 24 int. Granted it probably is already best in slot from the int alone, that 35 magic damage can be worth the equivalent of between 6 and 35 more int, making it somewhere between a 30 int hat and a 60 int hat, depending on the spell. Obviously this will require careful reexamination of all options before when it's better than int (or other stats).

Also, as far as I know, at 200+ dInt, int no longer adds any additional damage for any spells.

Something feels wrong about the Yorcia Weald map like it doesn't quite correlate to the positions of paths in the game itself. The paths on the map are slightly off.

Seems like the map image itself should be larger than what is corresponding to the lines of the graph and positions. I'm gonna submit it as a bug in the OF. grrr. Like if you zoom in on the map image dat mined you can sorta make out the paths, and the image corresponds to the game, however the positions and lines dont.
