1) Behemoth Cub + Savory Shank -> King Behemoth
2) Behemoth Cub + Beastly Shank -> Behemoth + Savory Shank -> King Behemoth

If the memento stats on BG Wiki are accurate, I kinda have a feeling Skormoth (CP+9% Player & Alter Ego Resist Amnesia +10) as the higher amount of CP+ would be the second evolution on the Cub > KB > ??? path. As opposed to Elasmoth: CP+8% Player & Alter Ego Resist Curse+10. F it, I'll make a KB and see what happens. Can always redo a normal Behemoth with dirt cheap Beastly Shanks.

As for how to further evolve Behemoth/KB... maybe that's a spot for Dark Clusters?
(though I think Assman's thought of Hydra/Gabbarth Meat makes a lot of sense too)

The stats are from the game data (can see the in game description by looking up the KI).

Since it's not listed, pet is now visibly angry for king behemoth. It was only "didn't go over well" with the cub. It's even grumpier, unless another one increased in value.

Poke, Slap and Yell all make KB visibly angry, that leaves "get angry at it"

Something interesting I noted with cub is when it has the pure light thing the actions that make it angry jump straight up strongly resonate. So I guess that can boost interactions by more than 1 lvl

Same thing happened to my King Behemoth yesterday when it has a "radiant Beam" of a mood. I petted it and it responded strongly. So i suggest to use this small opportunity window when you get it

I was unable to test "get angry" at my KB today because it got the light of contentment, so it strongly resonates to everything. I guess it's just feeding and gathering to see if it has anything interesting until it grows more.

weird thing, i had 2 behe cubs in my garden, both waiting for evolution, and one has evolved into a behemoth without beastly shank, just over time... i tried feeding a beastly to the other one, now i got 2 regular behe, wtf is going on there ? i only fed them buffalo meat or other stuff the behe suit +1 gave me (cockatrice meat mostly)
