So a little clarification needed. For example sheep memento: do I actually gain a +1% skill increase to my overall clothcraft or is it skillUP gain rate?

It's your skill-up rate. Those KIs are useless for people that have already capped their skills.
Anyone know what food type Elasmoth likes the best?
I have given KB (it's at 3 stars) all of the meats other than dragon meat and no squirm. Looks like it's just one long chain of cub > behemoth (can be skipped) > KB > elasmoth > skormoth.
I still have yet to recieve the level 2 monster KI and I'm on about day 7 now. Is this normal? Also, I have done nearly 0 other mog gardens related activities since I unlocked monster rearing. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Still a no go. Does anybody remember how long it took them to receive the rank 2 key item? I'm beginning to wonder whether it could be related to other garden activities as I haven't been doing those. I'm hoping to get rank 6 as fast as I can, although at this rate it doesn't seem like that will happen until February...
Found an old post of mine: My mule got access to Chacharoon on 12/24. He got Sakura and the Magic Spoon 1/8 and Sakura and the Fountain 2/21. I'm not sure I was checking on my garden every day.
As a note, I was off work Christmas to New Years so there's a better chance I was checking it daily then, but not so much in Jan-Feb.
Thanks for the info. Wikia says 26 days to get to rank 3. These waits are absurd when you are starting from the bottom. 2.5~3 months to get to rank 7...
Going to try clusters on my younger KB when it reaches 2.5 which should be tomorrow or the day after. Has anyone else tried clusters? Would help to trim down the list.
Has anyone tried regular behemoth meat on it?
You can't use it
None of the new cheers beats or even reaches skormoth's capacity bonus +9%, strangely. Movement speed +3% from jumbotender.
Squirm guesses:
Wyvern: natural
Blue Wyvern: Gem of the East
Green Wyvern: one of the other gems or an older food
Abyssal Wyrm: Honey Wine
Lunar Wyrm: Sweet Tea
Blazing Wyrm: Cerberus Meat
Sabotender: natural
Jumbotender: Kazham Peppers or Habaneros
For Baby Wyverns, hare meat is not worthless, and petting strongly resonates.
Liquids (distilled water) strongly resonate.
