If there are any grow-m-goods on the AH consider spamming something that takes forever to grow and yields lots of stuff (tree saplings or cactus stems). Probably would help to set one of your helpers to harvest a lot of crops too. That's how I finally got to rank 5.

I set both helpers to grow a lot of crops. Grow-Em-Goods are 20k/each which isnt so bad but I wonder why they're so cheap on the AH when they cost 50,000 bayld(which is pretty substantial). 50k bayld isn't exactly a little unless you spam reives non stop and even at that. Anyways they dont sell often anyway.

Probably people got them from quest and are trying to dump them

Know quite a few people myself that have refused to do anything at all with Mog Gardens. Safe to assume there's many more that give in and begin working at it, specially with the content lull we've had these past few months.

Finally received a new title "Greater Gardener" from the furrows. I honestly though it was bugged. I'm still stuck on Calamareeler and Swamp Savant for both waters. I have Forest Praetor and Gold Mattock. Seems vein and trees level a lot faster. I was spamming Revival Roots with both helpers on the more items job. The amount of items needed for some of these is insane.

Blowing off steam. Only reason I keep it up is the off chance some level/title is needed in the future.

edit: of course next day I get Octopotentate and Pond Preceptor.

Funny thing is, I've been chugging along on crafts as I go. Chop some elm logs? Lumber em (Woodworking 21 now from zapping all the maple logs into sugar), smith em into mythril picks (vendors for a bit over 7K, ingots are 60K/stack) for a bit of profit and smithing skillups.

It's not fast, but hey, it's free and puts more Gil in than it takes out. Doing the same thing with ram horns I get- zapped a gavial fish out of the nets for scales, horn rings, yay more skillups at profit. If the garden ends up having an option for raising beasts (as was mentioned early on), hello leathercraft too. Stress-free craft training.

Yeah but karakul leathers are expensive due to imperial tea leaves being nonexistant on my server and rare to harvest. Need them for Date Tea too which I could use 103-105. burdock is also kinda sorta rare to find on AH which is useful for riceballs to bridge gap to 107.

hmmm I seem to used to be getting burdok alot in my gardens but not so much lately. Probably from the actual planting. I believe it was vegitable seeds. Luckily when I lvld cerb meat was only like 20k dang it's gone up.

I'd swear I've seen Dragon Fruit at least once- maybe when I experimented with some Flor. Fruit seeds? Still haven't heard much about anyone getting new seeds/fertilizer to grow yet...

I got a Dragon Fruit from Cactus Stems and Tree Cuttings. Both times I was fertilizing with a Light Crystal.

Almost think people have given up trying to try new things. It takes so long to just figure out what grows on a single seed and the more with different fertlizers that almost doesn't seem worth the risk. Plus need to update the list of previous ones that did and didn't work to figure out what to try lol. Guess maybe more roots and such maybe? It's so hard to search for what might look like it works

So got a new quest from gardens. Says I need to get a creel of moat carp from the pond and gnatbane and a date from the furrows. Don't even remember getting gnat bane from furrows though any clue how?

Does it work if you just buy the things instead of getting them from the furrow? I got the same quest too.
What should I use for them?
Arborscent seed for Gnatbane and what else for a date?
