Has anyone gotten a strongly resonating response from an interact with the monsters?

Petting the sheep strongly resonates with it. It appears to be capped at "It's obviously in a very happy mood. Furthermore, it couldn't be any more content with it's life." Or something like that, not at my garden atm. Imma start beating it and such, see if getting strict/mean does anything positive for it's growth.

Moss is supposed to evolve it at a certain point, so I'm holding off on moss.

Where's this information come from? And evolve it into what?

Well I think I managed to get a not completely worthless response which still shows hearts so I guess it's 2nd best. That said I don't think I got any negative responses just stared off into space or not entirely worthless. Maybe it's just almost emotionless lol.

Just curious, but what do revival roots do that is special for that?

you rank up when you meet the required item quota, and for furrows it's pretty high. You can harvest revival roots in 1hr, so its best to get the most items, which you need a LOT of for rank 7.

Ah, I was just using random seeds, recently finished missions and swapped to Aborscent seeds since I saw an NPC for them in Leafallia, thought it might be a good idea. Revival Roots seem pretty cool, though.

Have you been interacting with the same treant this entire time? I've noticed that their behavior changes based on their affection level so I think once you get the stares off into the distance message it may be hard to get anything else.

Same treant. My results have alternated between 'surprising not worthless' and 'stares into the distance' depending on the item. It's mood has only gone up, it's at something about being generally content now.
