Hi Everyone,

Synergy Linkshell is a mature family-style linkshell centered around principles of respect, friendship, and cooperation. We are a place where individuals can balance their real life obligations while still experiencing the benefits of playing in an endgame linkshell.

Synergy was began as an endgame linkshell during Final Fantasy XI in February of 2006, and ultimately carried over to FFXIV 1.0 and 2.0. Synergy has a long history of having a dedicated member base with a tight-knit community of friends. Since our start, there have been many significant changes in the game, but our linkshell mission remains the same: to experience all areas of the game while having fun as a team. While we do focus on challenging endgame content, we also work together in questing, crafting, leveling, and all other aspects of the game, no matter how big or small.

The word “Synergy” means the cooperation of two or more individuals to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of what each individual could do on their own. To us, this means that teamwork is truly essential in the makings of a successful linkshell. Our philosophy is that all members should work hard for one another while having fun playing together in a constructive, exciting, and enjoyable atmosphere.

Unlike many other endgame linkshells, Synergy believes in rewarding members in a fair and evenhanded manner, rather than a point system that merely rewards attendance. Items are given out to those who most need them at the time, giving consideration to those who have shown a high level of cooperation and helpfulness to others. This method encourages further cooperation and working together as friends to achieve our goals, rather than members attending events for the sole purpose of gaining for themselves.

We gladly welcome any members who support our philosophy and have the desire to work together as a team. While many of our members reside in North America, we also have members from all around the world. Synergy also has a teamspeak server, where members communicate both during and outside of events.
