Most/all of the people, minus that particular GEO, that I see idling in the ring don't have other movement speed gear on. I would assume that if it did stack, I would see it paired with movement speed legs or boots more often. I think this is just a case of JPs liking weird stuff, much like +macc swords on BLU a few years back.

My only guess is you blinked out a WS it did, and probably had berserk up? Rarely when I swap gear, it'll filter out whatever a mob does completely on my main, but it'll show in the logs on my alt.

Either that or someone hit your killswitch. In this case, the shunner.

No berserk, was /rdm and the highest ws they've ever done to me is around 950. I also had lockstyle on. I'm also confused about how I took zero damage from the last attack as I don't have anything that should be able to do that and no SS.
