it was free a couple weeks ago on xbox, so I assume the implication is that if you have an xbox you wouldve grabbed it, and thus don't need it on pc

amazon was giving 19 bucks instant credit on blops2 a couple weeks ago. I'm sure you could make more on cl, but not as fast/easy.
