HAY GUYZ LOOK WHAT BROKE IN MARVEL TODAY LOL PS3/WEST COAST
As someone who has both never played and never plans to play either Marvel 3 or FFXIV, I find people discussing what server they'll be on to be a much more interesting topic than anything related to Marvel.
By Cat girls, correction is obviously talking about Ms. Fortune and Skullgirls.
If anyone was actually playing it, that would make sense.
Unless they are gonna give people on Gilgamesh access to free transfers... I don't know how they think that's even going to work.
I personally would not willingly start over with no perks just because they asked.
I don't hate marvel nearly as much as a lot of the people in this thread but really, what is there to talk about? There haven't been any significant developments in a long time. Anything that doesn't make Zero, Morrigan, Doom or Vergil weaker is basically irrelevant. Combos are almost completely irrelevant unless they end with a dead character or make space for Morrigan to do her thing, and every decent team already does at least one of the two.
That Morrigan TAC infinite is the closest to "new" tech in the last few months but it barely changes anything. It makes Vergil/Morrigan/Doom a more valid team order and makes ____/Morrigan/Phoenix teams a bit stronger. With almost any other point character or non-Phoenix team you're better off backing them up with Doom/Vergil so who cares? If you're not playing Morrigan on point you're just giving your opponent more opportunities to deal with her beyond the first 2 seconds of the match.
Krandor, I finally got to mess with SG PC a bit, looking at the limits of the stun system to get back to your question of what's good damage for a single character bnb, anything in the 8-9k range is passable for most characters on a two person team, probably 1k less for 3. For a 3 bar DHC it looks like you should probably still be able to kill a single character of a 3-person team with most characters.
I get that, and I understand that aspect of it, but that's not entirely what I'm talking about this case. There's not really many people on BG I can talk to about low level stuff. Someone I can play and offer advice on how I play and what I can add to get better. Not really many people I can ask about a certain team composition or strategy that can offer legitimate unbiased advice. That's fine, no one really plays it or enjoys it like I do they don't have to, it just sucks.
