A. Daigo won't even show up at 90% of the tournaments even though he can go to all of them for free.

B. Japanese players place value on pride and community over money. Korean players places value entirely on money. I would not put it passed Infiltration at all that he would blow the exhibition to try and win the Capcom Cup Qualifier which is also taking place at TGS in case he runs into Daigo. I honestly don't think he gave a fuck lol.

FYI - Justin Wong did it in EVO team championships against Soo Mighty. He lost on purpose in the finals (he did an interview right before it saying he would, then it was released after). He absolutely destroyed everyone in the main tourney afterwards.

A. No one invalidated his win in any way

B. Koreans are known for doing it in EVERY other e-sport during exhibitions, and Wong has done it in the past; thus, making it POSSIBLE. They do anything they can in gaming to increase their chance of winning money.

C. Sako IS better in long sets.

D. 2/3 IS terrible

E. Brackets are 99% random, which means its ENTIRELY based on luck of the draw

F. You're fucking dumb.

You're cheapening his win by saying Infiltration didn't put his full effort... I didn't say any of the other things were WRONG, just that it's getting boring for there to constantly be stipulations. Yeah, he won BUT... etc. Xian won evo BUT he didn't have to play Infiltration. That doesn't make him any less of an EVO Champ.

Daigo WRECKED Infiltration, and you've said as much, there doesn't need to be any "BUT" stipulation. Long live DaiGOD.

Justin should have been up 3-1, and I think he would have won off momentum. He lost all the momentum and got trounced in the corner.

It was painfully obvious how much worse of a character Rufus is than Akuma watching that match. Usually, you can look at a match like that and say, "well, if he would have done X or Y, then Z would have been different." In this case, Justin had like....no options. U2 takes away even his most basic teleport punishes.

I think Rufus is still the only character that doesn't seem to welcome any big nerfs/buffs because if that were to happen, he would either drop to the negative tier list or join others on the top. The fact that he was almost untouched, sans U2 AA nerf, has made him plummet due to other characters getting buffed.
