You're probably too close when you call him, Wesker otg will whiff if you're standing right on top of the body.

Hrmm I'll try that then, that might be what's up because it felt like if I tried to Fallen Prey within the same window it'd hit fine and from what I understand Wesker's OTG is the fastest OTG assist. I at least am picking up her basic combos pretty quick, though the game is extremely strict on certain things that other games aren't, I'm not missing Feral Cancels often but still the game does not count downback or downforward as down, so if you don't cleanly hit down down it won't come out...also it is really strict on hitting perfect diagonals for teleports. Now I have to learn one basic combo on both Wesker and Chris by tomorrow for locals lol, we have a bunch of people just starting the game so I'm going to have a newbie scrub station set up. I'm only doing about 590k per touch on her, but it's all meter neutral or positive at least.
Soooo...on AE PC I am about 20-0 today in ranked and this Cammy player rage quit on me round 1. It took MY points for some reason...128 PP gone from a win.
The rage quit was an unblockable setup obv
Joe is secret top tier.
Looks like MLG is eyeing Smash again.

It sort of surprised me, but it didn't either. As long as you can patch in through the component connector, people have come to the conclusion that it adds very little to no lag to the signal. Only thing is you have to set the card to component out of the box and make sure the unit is powered so it can pass through.
God damn JamesMK went HARD on Keits LOLOL
Apparently, Keits should not go to the same tourney as James hahahahaha
Only thing is you would need an early model GC with component out, GCs past the first run had the digital component out removed and only had analog composite out. For Smash I was going to pick up a composite splitter and just use CRTs still, but I'm probably getting a LGP this weekend anyways.
Calli you should also avoid any tourneys that JamesMK is at. I wouldn't want him to bash your skull in thinking you are Keits!!!!
pretty much any time anyone confuses me for Keits at tournaments from now on I'm just going to go with it and tell them how much I think Injustice is for faggots
Don't forget to mention how Divekick is really just a drunk idea that somehow took off and you're just going with it while secretly laughing at anyone who likes it.
Ugh. Scumbag fucks. Smash literally meant nothing to them until they saw EVO. I hate how openly greedy MLG is about the fighting game community whenever something big happens.

Apart from the above, I just watched and analyzed the Nemo vs ChrisG FT20. Was a very interesting 1 hour of footage. ChrisG got simply outplayed for once. For the first half before Yipes stepped in and gave him advice, he was running his Morridoom on auto pilot like he always does. But the magic of Nova really came out with his air dash above the BS (crossing up Chris' inputs) and the ambiguous high lows and grabs. From there he pretty much outed his Vergil for fraudulence. I especially liked how Nemo specifically either baited ChrisG to do a Shell Kick, which he punished with Spell of Vishanti (after backing up), or baited Doom assist then directly punishing the assist itself with Bionic Arm or Team Hyper. The Strange mixups were especially amazing, as most of them made use of 3x Daggers and Flames of the Faltine => Teleport.
People want to call Nemo random, but you simply can't be random with how he played his team. He even set his team up so that all everyone takes advantage of each others crumple based moves as well (which he used a ton). I think a pure rush down based team will break his defenses however.
Edit: I especially took pleasure in ChrisG complaining that he couldn't get Doom assist out, or how he couldn't do DP motion... or how he couldn't do anything. Nigga, you were getting grabbed out the sky before you could soul fist.
I have never seen such a huge deal trying to be made out of a $10 game on stream LOL.
Divekick @DivekickGame 1h
We are very pleased to announce that @DivekickGame will launch on Steam on August 20th for just $9.99 USD. Prepare yourselves!
@Sho, I only watched like half of each set, but I 100% agree with Rayray/Yipes opinion on those sets. Both chrisg and Fchamp weren't even getting hit with mixups, they just kept getting hit for no reason. A lot of their deaths literally came from just trying to do something and getting hit. Also if you watched shadyk and fchamp go over it, in the first 10 matches, chrisg does the same opening like 5-6 times in a row and gets air thrown each time lmao. I think Rayray would have beat him personally. Or Flocker, maybe yipes.
No one gets hit for "no reason", they got downloaded and outplayed. ChrisG was literally autopilot mode like I mentioned earlier, it's no small wonder the nigga kept getting thrown. If Yipes wouldn't have stepped in and coached him, dude would have gotten bopped a few more times instead of win.
I don't think RayRay would win at all, though I believe that he would have changed his gameplan to match Nemo's (also the fact that he's not as good in long sets). I believe Yipes would have however, because of his oppressive gameplan. Toss up between him and Flocker, but I'm leaning Nemo for that as well. He has anti-Zero tech.
Whatever you say man, lol. Chrisg didn't adjust his gameplan, but let's not act like he was getting hit with mixups, cmon son.
As far as FChamp, he played his dormammu team and Nemo's team pretty much completely counters dormammu, lol. Nova and Strange are both bad for dorm, and spencer can just maul him all day. Also he changed teams mid set. Like yipes was saying, they kept trying to play him at full screen, and what they should have done was maul him. Chrisg won games when he was more aggressive. Also both have limited Nova experience considering Fchamp's teams get beat by nova and chrisg rarely plays moons. Yipes actually PLAYS nova, and Rayray plays moons and yipes all the time. I think Flocker/Yipes/Rayray all would beat Nemo.
Also, chris cracks under pressure, every time he lost he turned around and whispered "sorry guys" lol.
And there's no such thing as anti-zero tech. The only anti-zero tech is punish whiffs or be heads and shoulders above the player.
Flocker also lost a money match with Nemo, although it was just 3/5.
