Pretty much everything just leads into M Axe Kick > cr MP > Tatsu > DP, either hit confirms or fadcing off a cr MK > Fireball.

Also counter hit Cr HP > Ex Red Fireball > U1

Oni combos are way way cooler than E. Ryu imo. And he's gonna be top 4/5 in ultra.

I'm convinced that tatsu into air demon is fucking IMPOSSIBLE though.

The point of it is meter gain + you can push your opponent from one end of the screen to the other; ie - it puts them in the corner where ERyu has INSANE setups. You end up using some of that meter gain getting them all of the way into the corner.

There are ton of options with E.Ryu. It really depends on what you manage to start off with

Cr.MK > LK Axe > FADC > cr.LP > cs.HP > MK Axe > cr.MP > LK tatsu > LP DP has the most corner carry and works on every character

I use
cr.LK > cr.LP > fs.MP > LK Axe kick as a hit confirm. if I have meter I'll cancel to cr. LP > cs.HP > MK Axe etc if they are crouching. If they are standing and I cancel the LK Axe > cs.MP > either MK Axe > combo or cs.MP > HK Axe kick

Punishes
cr.MP > cs.HP > MK Axe > cr.MP > LK Tatsu > HP SRK (as a max damage punish on every character)
cr.MP > cs.HP > MK axe > cr.LP > LK Tatsu > cr.HK on Dhalsim, Dee Jay, Balrog, Cammy and Rose (it's only worth it on Balrog, Dhalsim and Cammy though)
cr.MP > cs.HP > MK Axe > cr.LK > fs.LP > cr.HK on Gen, Ibuki, Yun, Yang and Chun Li

If I read a fireball and have meter I use this
j.HK > Cr.MK > LK Axe > FADC > cr.LP > cs.HP > MK Axe > cr.MP > LK tatsu > HP DP

I know Eduardo wants to pick Evil Ryu to counter Rufus. He believes that match is highly in Evil Ryu's favor because of a specific combo that only works on Rufus that adds an extra 300 stun. It's a Sako combo, and it's quite scary. If you get hit by it once, it takes you all the way into the corner and your next hit means automatic Dizzy. It definitely hurts Rufus players a lot.

I think UFGT will be back in some form after a year or two; I think part of the reason for the drop is that Keits and his wife might be looking to try for a kid.

Been working on Ryu for PC version...I'm still having all kinds of issues with this version of the game. The benchmark gives great results, fraps says I have a constant 60fps, but I definitely don't. The game has spikes of lag that I can't figure out for my life, not showing any usage spikes on my cpu/gpu and my PC is more than strong enough to run the game. Any of you guys had any issues with it?

Except for having it crash a few times because of some graphic hacks I did(which obviously isn't the games fault), I don't think I've ever had an issue with the game.
