Get off my character, I played yang soon as AE dropped (and then dropped him in 2012). He definitely needs some extra damage on all his buttons, those nerfs were too much when he was a lower damage character in the first place.

System Changes:
- Having 2 Ultra's is very much a real thing at this point, so be prepared for if/when it is confirmed.

Akuma
- Air fireball recovery is only increased by 2F.
- Can no longer cancel sweep. I'm assuming this means super as well.
- Demon Flip Palm now has a bigger hurtbox allowing characters to anti air it easier.

C. Viper
- Crouching MK has a bigger hitbox.
- Grounded Burn Kick is now considered grounded until active frames.
- Grounded Burn Kick has more recovery frames on whiff.

Dhalsim
- Universal damage buffs
- Ultra 1 can no longer be activated while a projectile of his own is on the screen.
- EX Yoga Blast has a bigger hitbox, but lost its untechable knockdown state.

Seth
- Tanden Engine is no longer cancelable from normals.
- All SRK's have reduced invincibility comparable to Ryu's LP SRK.
- Wall Jump Removed.

well, if they're actually going to go through with it, i'd assume that dual ultras would be an option (e.g., after you select your character you can pick U1, U2, or Both). if you pick both, they would incur a frame data or damage penalty (or both) compared to specializing. they'd have to do something along those lines to keep it fair.
