Actually, I like DOTA2. Especially this year, where they've changed the meta to be a lot more aggressive compared to last year. Still is 2nd fiddle to fighting games, though.

And if you try to get into the game, there's a lot of information to take on and a lot of fucking clownshoes who talk mad shit about people going through the same process they once had to go through.

I wasn't aware about the latter. My personal experience through the FGC has always been supportive. Pretty much everyone wants to help out the newer player and coach em up and stuff. Whether it is here or in person somewhere.
