Just dl the plugin when you make a call. You'll need a headset like Ksan said or a mic. You can make calls just fine. I do it from time to time on my laptop.

Yesterday I stuck a broken glass straight into my finger, started bleeding like mad and nearly fainted, yeah I'm that feeble. Now I don't dare to remove the band aid in case it's still open, starts bleeding and I faint again. I'm home alone and I need to wash my hair. I also cannot type with my index finger.
