Completely agree but at the same time trial by fire might be what he needs. He looked like he has a high ceiling last night to me. He faced a pretty good defense, kept the game very close with lots of drops AND despite multiple big mistakes on his part.

If you want the kid to learn pocket presence, force him to stay in the pocket. I might have game planned better against the Patriots while you catch them with absolutely no weapons, though. Jesus. What better time to win than with Gronk and Vereen out?
