-Blizzard 3 is now 220 potency instead of 200
-Fire 3 is now 220 potency instead of 200
-Firestarter now has a 40% proc rate instead of 30%

They buffed Thundercloud in some way that's confusing to me. It looks like instead of allowing the DOT to do "initial damage" it does damage equal to 240 potency?

You're half right. It seems that XIVDB isn't applying traits that modify durations or recasts to the base abilities anymore.

More specifically, it seems to only be the case for buffs. Debuff duration for weaponskills and abilities do get modified by traits.

Looks like that's not entirely true.
Disembowel shows a 30 second duration, and that's not the base duration, it happens thanks to the Exenterate trait.
Invigorate's trait is also being applied.

Cooldowns, however, aren't being autoapplied (Life Surge's recast is 90 seconds, and there's a trait that reduces it to 60). That means Leg sweep hasn't changed, but I don't see any other mistakes.

Cure 2 was 500 now 600

I edited my original post. It's abilities that are unaffected by traits. I also specifically mentioned it was only durations and recasts. Take Keen Flurry for example. Keen Flurry is a base 20s duration, but Keener Flurry increases it to 30s, but it's not relected on the base ability. Raging Strikes is the same with its recast reduction.

Maim potency went from 180 -> 190 when comboed. It also now increases damage dealt by 20% instead of 10%.
Mercy Stroke went from 240 -> 200 potency
Butcher's Block went from 260 -> 280 when comboed
Storm's Path potency now increases when comboed (250) and absorbs 50% of damage dealt instead of 20% with no cap
Storm's Eye went from 230 -> 270 when comboed and the duration went from 12s -> 15s

Defiance now boosts HP recovery through curative magic by 3% per stack and lowers damage dealt by 30% instead of 35%
Inner Beast went from 260 -> 300 potency and the tooltip now says it absorbs 300% of damage dealt
Infuriate went from 180s -> 60s recast
I'm looking for another site w/ the old skills now in case the one I'm using is retarded (which it might be considering some of this shit seems ridic)

I think the extra wrath mechanic is new too. I don't seem to remember it adding +3% healing done through curative magic per stack prior to this.

No, yeah, it was a change. Defiance drops damage by 30% now (was 35%) and has that additional buff to wrath stacks.

I glanced at Paladin, the only thing I immediately noticed was that Sword Oath got a pretty significant buff from +25 potency to +50 potency.

No, yeah, it's still the same buff. Never said it was particularly worthwhile, just that it was the only thing that I noticed was significantly higher at a glance. I think shield oath got tweaked too, but I can't remember the exact numbers.

Looking at the old Circle of Scorn, I think I saw that it had been buffed to 100 potency on the initial hit, but I'm not going to say I'm 100% sure on that.
