I use Windows' built in Snipping Tool.

I think I'm just about settled on my redesign now. Here's a "little" collage I put together using screenshots from the benchmark. Right click -> new tab for full size goodness.

I like the second one, mainly due to the ears, should go with a black-tipped tail. Everyone should have green hair imo

I'm actually doing that, the white without blond hues is like the 3rd lightest gray or so, the environment just makes it look overly bright.

I think I'm set on the white hair after giving a try on the reds. And while I though I was already set on her face you are making me doubt about it yet again. :/
