If that was so, there would then be complaints that it was a Breath of Fire knockoff coming from Capcom. And a shitty one at that.

Capcom completely jacked up everything trying to play at the mobile market (again). They could have simply made a BoF3 or 4 esque game (drawn in 2D anime style or otherwise) with some decent music for PS3/XBOX360 and we as fans would have went absolutely nuts. Simplicity would have been fine, but apparently that's beyond Capcom now, lol.

Last I heard, Capcom couldn't get through all of the red tape to make it a PSP classic or something like that. Not on PSN for now.

You can always create a playable ISO for PSP, however.

4 definitely is, it's installed on my Vita. Not sure on 3, I had played the EU PSP version back in the day and still have the file stuffed on a hard drive somewhere.

I pretty much stopped caring about the BoF6 the moment it was announced for smartphones. Also I'd seriously have to question the SEGA-ATLUS business venture if they pulled something like this.

Capcom is becoming more and more notorious for screwing over their fanbase.
Minus the group that handles Phoenix Wright I mean.

At least they were somewhat smart. Most AI-controled teammates I see in RPGs (Or any game for that matter) are god awful. Still doesn't change the fact it sucks though.

square enix managed to re-release their old school RPGs on ios/android without fucking them up too terribly, I guess capcom isnt bright enough to do that

They (Capcom) aren't. I'm playing the FFIV remake on my Nexus and it's fucking amazing. The irony of it all is that it's a 3D remake, but almost literally PS[One] graphics. Nice and simple.

This looks so bad lol. People need to just not buy this so they stop making mobile games, but at the same time, that will probably cause Breath of Fire to never continue again. If it does well though, they will just continue it on mobile. So, fuck them.
