Because it's from Redline

It's like a two frame catch in the Lynchman and Johnny Boya TV commercial thing. I pulled a ton of frames for reference while building my cel shader.

Now I realize I need some kind of 'always visible' mask for details like the red lines on the bike or his coat, among other things like robit eyes or energy streaks. I think I'll just use the alpha channel of my color input.

Happy accident. Dunno how the post-process chain is causing those extra lines around the specular highlights. Might keep a copy of this around, but I think it breaks in DX11 mode (not that I'm likely to care) and causes way too much artifacting. Also I somehow managed to match the color of the forum's dark skin...
