I'm quite curious as to how they came to their decision on which letters to x out.

wtf is that shit?
I remember as a kid we would walk half the town getting candy until we passed out. Who gives a fuck?

Buy 30 bucks worth of candy, hand it out, when gone say so. Way to ruin halloween for all the kids, loser? Someone should have shat on their doorstep lol.
Yeah, were they giving out full size candy bars or something? Or was it that their mini snickers bars were just that much better than mini snickers bars in other parts of town?
And for the randomness:
(Superior) Pokemon based Halloween:
And I realized I meant to post this a while ago, but no one posted a similar image, and so I've been holding onto it..

When you have parents driving their kids from other neighborhoods causing shit storms for the kids that actually live in that area it is a problem.
We've had those parents unloading their vans and watch the kids plow over others just to get to the door before someone else, among other issues.
Generally speaking, this occurs in the higher income neighborhoods.
Really? I live in a high income area here in Maryland and we dont get any kids coming around. People are too fucking scared for their kids to be out after 6pm here because we might open the door and steal their child right from them. So they take them all to the super well lit mall and let them walk around in there....such a fucking let down if I was a kid.
Kids are brought in by van to my neighborhood as well because we live on the border of NYC/Westchester. They come up in vans and wander in groups with 20-30 kids. They make a line at every door... It's ridiculous; there aren't that many kids in my neighborhood. They push other kids out of the way and try to grab two handfuls of candy rather than accepting the 1-2 pieces we give out. I actually stopped a kid from digging both of his hands in last year.
I bought 10 bags of candy last year, 8 the year before and ran out to get more. I didn't get anything this year. Hid in the bedroom with the gf and watched The Conjuring and American Horror Story. Better use of my time.

A week or so ago I voiced my opinion that I hate Halloween and I got told I was bad, and I should feel bad. Now maybe at least some of you can understand why my opinion is the way it is.
We didn't get a single trick or treater since as per usual our local tory councillor or whatever he is put these in through every letterbox in the area and lot of the people put them up in their windows so nobody even bothered to try around here...
Brits seem to have a weird love/hate relationship with halloween. It is a new and imported holiday (in the trick or treating and dressing up sense) but lot of people and kids love it because it is fun and shops try to push it because it means more sales. While others are just meh, bonfire night and Diwali are in a few days anyway, cba with this nonsense, bring on the fireworks.
