The wiki hasn't been updated with the mnk/mnk pachypodium (black mandy w/ yellow flower) from lv 60 mandragora + 25 pachypodium spirits.

I'm also at 9/25 antlion spirits, but nowhere near unlocking antlion. Currently levelling raptor to 50 and eft to 50 to unlock peiste, but I'll switch to beetle / scorpion / antlion tomorrow.

Does the black beetle get any different tp moves? Pachypodium gets Petal Pirouette, while none of the other mandies have it.

Manticore Found ! Must have Coeurl Lvl 99 and Tiger lvl 99 Then speak to Suibhne. Npc: States that you are clearly more then what he expected ! Then you are given the Manticore Form and changed into imediatley after speaking with Suibhne.
Lvl:1 Manticore gets Great sandstorm for 150tp cost low damage with blind status effect. Blind seems to last unusally long, so far its lasted 4mins on sheep in west ron at lvl 5 manticore. Btw Manticore's job is war.

How the heck do you lvl Coeurl and Tiger to 99 so fast?!? Once I hit 70 it seemed to go so painfully slow. "PL" with aoe/cone attacks?

Well, you can level an alt to 99 WHM Rabbit and PL yourself (monsters can cure monsters).

I'm sure there are still some old bots that just kill everything in a range and given the strenght of most the monsters you could probably fight ep/dc non stop counting on lvl ups and occasionally idle running to other mobs to cure you lol.

It may not be both to 99, which did you level to 99 first? It could just be the wrong one was leveled first.

Are you sure its 150 TP for the first WS? As far as I can tell the dats have another number.

I lvled Tiger up to lvl 99 first then I lvled Coeurl to 99. Im quite sure its 150 tp i will have to check once i get home im at work atm xD. FFXI>>Work.

Did you sleep any? Where did you level past 60? I'm thinking of getting couerl to 99 after i finish getting tiger to 75 (currently 51).

Thats why I have kehhiko's whm rabbit grinding out as far as can go.

well I know from lvls 1-8, you can just steamroll through EP mobs 1shotting em lol. but eventually, the TNL's would get too high to rely on lvl up to restore hp/mp

Trying to decide what to do next. Leveling both cats to 99 does not sound fun, but manticore may unlock gnole and then one of the HNM. What size is manticore tho, if its large I'll just try opo 99 to see if it unlocks something else.

That behemoth in the vid is F**kn HUGE, dwarfing the poor ant-sized rabit in west saru.

Shit 1-8 I steamroll thru Ts lol. Actually gone fro. 1 to 6 in a single chain to 5. Last night I got beetle in the high 40s and I'm still able to take on 4 T/VT at once though it's kinda difficult. As long as I'm only facing EM/T right now at 52 I think I don't need to heal or stop to get hp between lvls. Regardless even if you need light healing not hard to have it cure yourself or just stand around for a minute

by steamroll I mean ixion style, mobs dont even get claimed. of all the mobs I've played so far, beetle takes the piss.

we need to start to get a list of how much attack or def is added when you add attack or def for certain mobs. Different mobs seem to be getting different values than others.

I assume 'Scolopendrid' is the yellow scorpion? What does the 'Unusual' scorpion look like?

Edit: Found it. Same 'skin' as the Scolopendrid, but has the little claws on the feet and spikes on the legs I guess.

Not sure if it's been posted yet, but JP wiki is showing Adamantoise has been found. 60 lizard/bugard/wivre.

The dat has Adamantoise listed as a buyable, but the JP wiki doesn't list the price. If it's true, then chances are all of the Large mobs down the sheep path are required 60 to get behe.

Side note: I'm hoping that Opo 99 unlocks Gnole since the other 2 seem to unlock Manticore. Perhaps both will unlock Cerb. But taking rabbit/tiger/coeurl/opo to 75 did nothing.
