I had a good time with the Snolls in Ug Range from the mid 50's to 60 right in the area down from the entrance There are 5 in there. They blow up often enough to allow for big chains, and they repop fast. Given the massive HP most monstrosity critters have, eating a explosion is not an issue. Occasionally got aggro from a Buffalo, and you need to watch for the ice elemental (killable but slow as all heck to do so) oh yes. Don't attack the NM snoll (Frozen Flambe?) unless you can silence it. It will Blizzga you to death.

According to the JP wiki, Manticore is unlocked with Ram Lv. 70, but it's unknown if more is required. Lv. 50 Manticore gets the Kirin model via a quest of 20 seals of any of the 4 gods.

I have all the same or near the same levels as you, except my Wamouracampa is 50. Judging by that, you need 50 Wamouracampa as well for Gnat, as I previously stated a page back that I immediately was able to buy Gnat at Ladybug 50.

For leveling, you COULD do West Altepa on Cactuar, Manticore and Antica near Kuftal Tunnel, but I did Xarca to 54 (Demons near Uleguerand Range) then did Uleguerand Range on worms/bats/rabbits near the NE tunnel from the zone until 59, then Lesser Colibri goodness until 64, moving to Colibri then.

Also could depend on pet while colibri are nice and squish jobs with really exceptional tp moves or rely on magic dmg wont find them as good.

Bleh, not dhalmel then. Well, I stopped halfway between 81 and 82 last night, so I'll go switch to ram after I finish that level. All the combo monsters (Peiste, Adamantoise, Behemoth, Gnat) have been purchased once the appropriate conditions are met, so if it just unlocks, it's pretty safe to assume that it's only ram level.

unrelated but a good place to lvl around 64 was Caedarva Mire. Wild Karakul spit out chigoes that are easily killed with aoe and give around 150-180 exp per chigoe on top of the 750+ exp per kill on the sheep itself. I've pretty much been in Cadaerva Mire since hitting 63 and once you can take down Imps fast levels come really fast.

Chloris skin is a regular unlock for level 90 mandy. Purbol, formiceros, ferromantoise, sibilus, orthrus, and elsamoth are in the .dats to be purchased from npc.

What did you kill to get to 99? I got too bored of grinding the highest level ahriman in Uleguerand to get past 90.

70 ram unlocks manticore.

Its size is medium, and it has enhanced movement speed. Its job is WAR/WAR.
20% attack and defense bonus.

Lv 50 makes Suibhne ask for 20 scraps from a random seal (Byakko, Seiryu, Suzaku, Genbu) but if you talk to him multiple times, he changes which one he's asking for. I don't think you can get away with trading a mix of different seals. Once you turn one set in, he doesn't ask for any more. I used Suzaku since they're cheapest. The Kirin skin is RDM/BLM.



Lv 1 TP move is Tail Swing, 120% tp, deals physical damage, additional effect: bind.
Lv 10 gets Tail Smash, same as tail swing, except the animation swings the tail to the right instead of the left.
Lv 20: Riddle: 100% tp, Lowers maximum MP of enemies around the caster.
Lv 30: Heat Breath: 100% tp, Deals fire damage to enemies within a fan-shaped area originating behind caster.
Lv 40: Great Sandstorm: 120% tp, Deals wind damage. Additional effect: blind.
Lv 50: Great Whielwind: 120% tp, Deals wind damage. Additional effect: choke.

Found Cerberus!! I have no idea how I unlocked it, but I did.
Current Large Beast/Sheep levels: Sheep 66, Ram 71, Dhalmel 75, Manticore 71, Buffalo 60, and Marid 60.

So he has all of them 60+, with dhalmel / ram / manticore 70+.

Edit: I now have sheep 75, Ram 70, Dhalmel 82, Manticore 70, Buffalo 50, Marid 1. No Cerberus, so it requires something from buffalo and/or marid. I'm guessing both to 60, which would make it a combo at lv 60 stuff.

well I can tell ya its not lvl 70 manticore for cerb. I got it at lvl 60. Already have everything else lvld 60-75 in the large beasts/sheep grp so cant say for sure whats what on those.

edit: guess ill be more specific sheep 75, ram 70, dhalmel 70, manticore 60, buffalo 60, marid 60

Well, I got marid to 60 now, and still no cerberus. The only one below 60 is buffalo, which is 50, so buffalo is definitely required. I'd guess its all of them at 60.
