Is there an optimal Victory Smite (using Oat) set floating around somewhere? FFXIAH seems to be all over the place.

Meant for standard Delve fodder. I'll post what I'm using ATM, just lemme know what needs to get fixed if you can. Just unlocked VS so not really familiar with sets.

That set looks nice for situations where your attack is capped for the target, or close to be capped.
When it's not other items with attack usually perform better when I tested them (unless my memory is tricking me).
Thinking about Whirlpool Mask and R15 STR Manibozho Gear mainly.

Also while I was very skeptic about them because of the -DEX, it seems Boor Bracelets perform really good.

iirc old opitimal sets used to use gorget but they'd also use rancor back instead of atheling. Should have 1 of the rancors on pretty much any crit ws
