Anyway, on to the question: Steelflash/Bladeborn or Suppa/Brutal for BST/DNC dyna farming? Sorry if it seems like an obvious choice, I'm not much of a math person.

What's the general consensus then, Suppa/Brutal when you're dual-wielding, otherwise DA+% earrings?

I think so, or at least, that was the case when I first checked the new equipment.

Suppa/Brutal with Dual Wield. Bladeborn/Steelflash when not dual wield (or during WS). DW+7% set if you need the accuracy from it and are dual wielding (which is infrequent/never on BST especially with the new weapons).

suppa + brutal for TP, unless you magicaly hit the lowest possible delay while dualwielding (which i doubt will be the case for blu).

Is that same for Thf and Dnc too? Suppa/Brutal overtaking Heart/Dudgeon? Thought DW+7 set was better for thf at least even with capped acc.

The DW combo is in fact best for BLU unless you're getting +5 Marches or Haste Samba.

Well it's not really a specific amount to march so much as capped magical haste. So going to depend on all your haste buffs and what jas the brds used with it. But yeah most the time dw going to slightly edge out suppa/brutal.

Of course if you know ahead of time you are going to be overcapping on -delay blu can always take some off for some gains elsewhere so even then depending on what you get out of new spell list it might be useful.
