The Chick-Fil-A REALLY hates taking Georgia because fans dont come into the city. They really only do it as a last resort. Everything I'm hearing out of Athens is Gator Bowl against Michigan. If Mizzou had won I don't think the Chick-Fil-A bowl would have had a choice, as every SEC team would have been moved down a spot. But with Auburn winning it should be pretty clean cut.

Vandy got absolutely fucked this bowl season. We are 8-4 and Music City is going to take 7-5 Ole Miss and the Liberty Bowl is going to take 6-6 Miss. St. over us. So we're going to the BBVA Compass Bowl in a stadium that should have been demolished 200 years ago. This is almost guaranteed; lots of pundits saying the offers are out there. Pissed off because I was happy to go to ANY bowl for New Year's except the BBVA.

Remember the year OU was putting up like 60 a game and had that big scary offense that promptly got shutdown by Florida? Teams know about the delay/time off between the last game and champ game, and we all know it's stupid as fuck, but that's just how that shit is so people can rev up the hype train, lol. Also correct me if I'm wrong, but you are the Big 12 expert. Wasn't OU's offense that year like.. a regular offense with bits of the spread put in? I can't remember.

I mean honestly, if FSU doesn't stop Auburn's option, I'd say FSU is as overrated as I kinda think they are aside from their wtfridonkulous QB. But they should honestly.

I think FSU is technically a better team with more talent, but Auburn has much more experience in tough games against great teams.

It would serve FSU better if they had actually had some tough competition. Not sure how they will react to playing a very good football team. I'm expecting a close game.

Ya, like.. looking back at the Big 12 over the years.. it's much like the SEC is now, so you were right on that. I still don't think the QBs then were stellar, but they were good enough, and offenses were different enough to give any defense problems, until you have time to plan.

That's why I'm curious on the Auburn offense. Yeah it's a form of the read option, but it's built based on how the O-line blocks and the backs run ..up the middle. It doesn't feel as gimicky. That's why I think they have a shot in the game, but if they get blown out, then welp. One of the best, most satisfying years I can remember as an Auburn fan.

Also Tebow sucked against any pro-style defense, lol, so that's not new. He got bailed out by Percy Harvin.
