    CS worked fine for me. The world refresh button can only be clicked once every 3 minutes....

    Odd that people can't see the NA/EU servers, I have the opposite problem, I can see NA/EU servers but not JP ones, which is annoying since my Legacy character is sitting on a JP server...

    If you are running XP, Vista, or Win7 SE said there was a problem Microsoft created with some patch they released a while back. If you haven't done your very latest windows updates it would screw up the opening CS.

    The cause of this is a windows update patch from July. Once I find some more info I'll update this post on which one you should remove to fix the issue.

    EDIT: I believe this is the update file "KB2803821"
