Same, only the JP Servers are popping up for me, and I get an error that says it can't Update the NA/EU Servers.

Yup. My legacy char is on a JP server and I can only see NA servers. Screwy.

Maybe they did!

When I click the play button from the main menu it pops up a piece of text that says unable to locate the JP group lists and then on the world menu the JP side is stuck saying "Obtaining the World list..."

Is it the same for you guys but with NA/EU?

I think the closest thing you can do to that is return to the start menu.

I think going back to the main menu that has play/opening movie/config on it, and clicking play again should try refresh the list, at least, I get the error text again every time I go from there back to the character screen.

Well, found out how to load benchmark character data.

But still not NA/EU server. Booo.

I was half joking, but looking around the Gridania starting area I don't see a soul. Probably because it's a Legacy server, but it's kind of eerie.

The GM test server, Zvahl, shows up for some reason though. Can't select it though

Please do share if you're referring to Legacy char redesign. I'd rather not have to load up the benchmark and manually copy all the slider numbers.

I couldn't figure out how to load my benchmark character so I just opened the benchmark on my second monitor and copied all of my settings.
