His initial suspicion was that walt had one of saul's guys take the ricin cigarette and poison Brock. Walt obviously persuaded him otherwise, but now that he realized huell took his weed, so he knows his initial suspicions were right.

Umm, I still don't get how he came to that conclusion. Saul said he didn't want him high when he was going to meet that person but he put it back in this pocket anyway. So shouldn't he have just thought, "Asshole took my weed."?

Yeah, I really think they could have handled that better. I remembered the Brock stuff perfectly fine and I still didn't know what was going on with the cigarettes he was holding until someone explained it here.

Jesse had been wondering how he had misplaced the ricin cigarette. Walt said that he probably misplaced it but Jessee kept freaking out about it so the biggest selling point Walt has was asking Jesse how someone else could have taken the ricin cigarette when the only places he had been was Saul's office and the meth lab and he never left the pack of cigarettes out of his pocket.

And now Jesse just found out that fat black dude is a really good pickpocket and not only was he able to take an item out of his pocket but replace it with another object. So he put 2 and 2 together and that equals fat black dude taking the pack with the ricin in it out of his pocket and replacing it with another pack. And obviously that was something Walt had him do.

I think they could have handled it better, but Jesse has jumped to irrational conclusions pretty much immediately as well. I mean the first time he thought he figured it out, he nearly killed walt. It just wasn't crazy to us because we knew what actually happened.

And another thing. Brock's mom specifically told Jessie the doctor said it was Lilies of the Valley so I don't understand why Jessie would think it was from the ricin cigarette.
