Yes they did, but Jessie finding out about the stolen Ricin simply opened up his eyes that Walt lied and setup an elaborate ruse to manipulate Jessie. Walt lied about stealing the Ricin therefore he MUST have lied about Poisoning the kid. He doesn't know for certain, but the realization of him lying about killing Mike and lying about the Ricin led Jessie to realize every uncertain thing that Walt told to him to believe in the past must have been a lie.

Very plausible outcome to the story;

Hank has four letters in his name. Walt has four letters in his name. Both Walt and Hank have shaved heads.
So the obvious conclusion is that Hank works as a janitor at the DEA office and can't conceive any children with his wife so while he's mopping the floors and cleaning out toilets, he dreams that he is a made up character named Walt who has son, a baby and Jesse who's another son and he first fell in love with his wife's sister skylar but she rejected him so now his newly created persona inside his head is married to her. But he also dreams he is also the head of the DEA.
