how is it 100% incorrect? Horror/action/drama/comedy movies and books almost always have something that's just a little off from real life. It's part of what makes them entertainment. I'm not saying this always has to be the case for the record.

In this particular instance the writers already established that the Aryans are capable of quickly taking out several heavily armed men, but when faced with characters that are important to the plot they magically lose the ability to even land a shot.

By all means, continue to defend bad writing though.

They AMBUSHED, dozens of men behind their back. They never saw it coming.

Hank is already behind the engine's block before the firefight happens. Again, the firefight is probably about 5 seconds in length, No one has reloaded yet, and Gomie even looks like he might have been hit at one part.
There's also a new report of trained US military or seals or something missing over 70 shots at a range closer than this in the width of the hallway. Supposedly the dude was still breathing after it and they apologized for that. I can't find the report right now, but this happened.

People are okay with 2 planes crashing into eachother directly above Walt's house, and Gus, Jesse, and Mike surviving a shootout, or the cousins exploding shit, but a few untrained people miss bullets at a 40' distance for 3 seconds and everyone is up in arms.

An AA-12 filled with slugs, not buckshot. And you think UNTRAINED people are going to be able to control those weapons? Okay, sure. And read my post above moron. Well an ambush doesn't work if you can't hit your targets in a very short amount of time, and that ambush was over in 5 seconds. You're acting like because they ambushed them they all were able to get at point blank range and execute all of them simultaneously.
