Why does everyone assume that either a person is evil or an angel? Just about everyone on the show is a grey character at best with a few exceptions of course. Skylar didn't want to be a criminal the only reason she went along with it was for the love she once had for Walt. She was fully aware that what she was doing was against the law and could send her to jail. At the point she tells Walt to kill Jesse shes already on the hook for some serious crimes so what's one more if it can protect her family since that's all she has left.

Different tastes but if you think Tuco (a low rate drug dealer) is better than Todd (gone from pest control helper to drug kingpin with no effort) well...

Both have/had connections, Todd the nazi, Tuco his uncle, hell nobody knows about Todd now.

Todd is a better villain, Tuco was just comical. Beating the shit out of Jesse with a bag of money was hilarious, shooting the bitch in the back of the head while Jesse was screaming in the car/clapping that one kid on the bike was heartless. Todd is that dude.

It's because Grey Matter is so successful. There was even a scene where Gretchen met him for dinner or something and she told Walt she knew they were having money troubles and wanted to help. Walt got pissed and told her off. Another time he was talking to Jessie and told him about the company and how much it was worth.

And even though his father is a kingpin, Walt Jr. really didn't make an effort to understand his father's side.

He also had a relationship with Hank. He was freaking out over what his mom told him, then it seemed like it was confirmed by his father. If you found out your dad killed somebody you cared about, would you be all cool with that?

Yeah, that's what I don't get. Walt wrestles the knife from her, yeah he stands over her but he doesn't show any signs of attacking. I was really hoping Jr. to try and get in the middle of the scuffle while there was a knife present, and maybe just maybe the little fucker getting stabbed/killed.
