I always thought the show takes place over the course of a year, not 6 months. They talk about the the time table in the ep where skylar goes crazy and walks in the water and hank finds that book on the shitter

It's 2 years. It ends on his 52 birthday. The first season has his 50th birthday (2nd ep iirc?)

You don't have to. Each season is it's own, unrelated, story. So you can go ahead and watch the new one without spoilering anything.

I loved season 1, but I thought Asylum was just bleh. Hopefully they get back on track.

S1 much better than S2 but S2 had one of the greatest scenes of all time

Oh. Yeah, I watched most of one random season(the one with the rubber man, maybe it was season 1), and like half of season 1 on netflix, but fuck if I remember anything. That's cool though, but I really wanted to get into it as well lol.

Breaking Bad Insider Podcast is awesome. I found it last night and Vince Gilligan had some super fucked up ideas for this series. Much more dark than what we saw.
