    I am mostly just nervous 'cause the tv is going to go over our computers, and I don't want to die while playing FFXIV because I didn't set it up right.

    Yes you want it on 2 studs ideally, if your TV is small/light you can get away with it on drywall with toggle bolts but I wouldn't recommend it, even if it can support it leaks and any water damage can fuck you. Make sure you check for cables before any drilling. If your house has metal studs rather than wood you prob wanna do some research because they won't support shit.

    Molly bolts will hold it up with out a stud. We hung a 42 inch in one of our retail stores, no studs just the molly bolts. I'd try for at least 1 stud if possible though.

    Thanks guys! It's an apt. But I am pretty sure the studs are wood not metal.
