EU/NA servers aren't up yet. I'm at character creation, but only the JP worlds are selectable.

Yeah, you just have to cancel out of the character it tries to force you to make and then click create character and it will ask.

How far are did you back out? I canceled the initial default character and still see no EU/NA list.

Has anyone found the option for HUD element scaling? I'm trying to arrange my HUD as it was in Phase 3, but most of the HUD elements have basically doubles in size, which is making things tricky.
