Again, if you really wanted to try the game out you could've created a character on a different server. Those that are complaining are doing so because they couldn't get the progress they wanted and they've already bought the game or are planning to.
Being 2013 doesn't change the fact that every major MMO release has problems at launch and this game hasn't launched yet. There will be problems next week as well but it should be expected because there's no way to predict how many players will be there for you no matter how competent you are. I'm sorry if you were locked out for most of the Beta but that's exactly why it's still called Beta.
This issue showed up because a lot of people were trying to play, something they couldn't have predicted without this test. That's what you call incompetence now? 1.0 was a much better example of that and no, we haven't forgotten about it.
The difference is that there's Yoshida now and not Tanaka and he has proven to be a much better choice so far. Bugs and unexpected issues won't change this fact.

Beta test phase 4 is closed and is never coming back, there's nothing further to discuss regarding it, so this thread is being closed.

For discussion about other officially released news items, including new trailers or commercials, reference the other created threads in this forum or create one if it doesn't exist.
