Shitty is a pretty open word to interpret seeing as how after number crunching, most of the dps classes aren't significant enough of a gap in damage. its all in the player and boss mechanics

I don't see it as open to interpretation. I also don't take any number crunching coming out of Sarg seriously. I've parsed enough controlled environments and done enough tinkering to know that Bard is a class suited for bads because it takes zero skill to play and its gear requirements are initially much lower. I know that Dragoon can do a perfect rotation and still get shit on by a Bard simply because they dodged something once. The other classes, not so much. Bard won't touch them. If you're coming out of something going "man bard is great DPS we need more of those" then you fucking suck at video games. If that doesn't bother you, then whatevs, idc, but you do.

I'm 90% sure they'll time gate CT anyway though and I'm probably outtie if they do so whatevs. PvP and extremes will need to be fucking amazing to justify a sub when I only get to play anything meaningful for 2 hours a week.
