The reason the world is shitty is because of how (a) man perceives their world and reacts to it. Without knowing the differences between a Neanderthal and a Homo Sapien mixed interracial baby it's hard to really say how the world would be different.

It's a good thing they came along though, otherwise it'd be the year 2000 and the US would look like 99% of Africa.
