Redeeming pre-order code

Just to vent frustrations ~
Before we knew of this madness, I entered my code and received errors.
Researched, I'm not the only one yay me.
Shat, It has me as EU, mother fer.
Yay email this morning
Shat, the first batch o letters ends with E.
Yippee it thinks I'm EU.

Officially boned? -.-;

/wrists?

Aye mine says it is registered as well, but I have not received a code. I'm waiting until I hear something from S-E regarding codes.

EDIT: For clarification, I never got through the registration process, I always got Error 3. Despite that the game is registered in my NA profile.

Where are you guys seeing the game got registered to your account, Under your SE account or under that stupid profile you created for the members site when you tried to register the pre-order code?

100% I wonder if Yoshi has lead on stuff like this or if its handled by a different part of the company. It is just shitty the little stuff that is so easy gets so fucked.

I got through the EU process yesterday after the occasional Error 3 and sometimes Error 1it worked. I got a code to put on my account and had to choose the services I wanted to add it too (I had 2 FF14 services for some reason) I then had a page that said download client. The only thing I never got which I thought I should have was an E-mail but seeing as there was so many issues this may come at a later date.

Yoshi is at gamescon atm, so pretty sure he has an intern that relies the information to him and him to rely stuff to him

If they started this during the beginning of August, I wouldn't be contemplating cancelling my pre-order right now. But right now they're cutting it really close.

I can promise you Yoshi has no control over billing/account things (like this), but he will damn sure take the flak for it. Poor guy.
