Yeah, pretty certain now SE sent a EU code even though I registered pre-order code on the NA page.

this seems to be the consensus on other forums. a lot of NA pre-orders were erroneously sent EU codes for early access on PSN ( as we're seeing with the PC codes but appears to be an easier fix for them ). I assume it will sort itself out here in the next day or two.
