Me and a few friends just got our confirmation emails something like 22~ hours later (we entered both codes and got confirmation screens). Ended up in spam folder.

When selecting a service account to apply the pre order code to did anyone else have a choice of two accounts?

It shows me Final Fantasy XIV 1 and Final Fantasy XIV 2, both have "Final Fantasy XIV - Beta Test Windows(R)". Is also says the choice is permanent so I am just curious if anyone else has the option and what they chose.

I suggest anyone using PS3 to just cancel your order and dl from PSN. It says right on the banner EA for the 24th with pre-order purchase (and also the anecdotal evidence of it working for everyone else). I just cancelled my Amazon order and am d/ling from PSN now. No codes or bullshit to deal with etc etc.

Basic shipping they use stuff like USPS or DHL. Try those two and see if one doesn't tell you it's invalid.

Ugh, never thought I'd do this, but does anyone have a free pre-order code? A buddy of mine got screwed on his PSN code and everyone else is out of stock. He needs an NA version.

How did you do that?

I didn't play phase 4 much, but I remember I couldn't make a character with service 1, so I made it on 2, but what if it works the other way come release?! It says I can check which characters are on which account, but when I try it says there are no characters on this service account...but it doesn't say which one.

I just don't want to screw this up. lol
