Redeeming pre-order code

How do I get the client/launcher on PS3? I have the client still on there from P3 but it won't update and there's no option in PSN store it seems

You can type in the same pre-order code as many times as you want, and it will generate the exact same RAAU code each time. I never got an email so I did it 3 times about 8 hours apart, and each time it loaded the page that issues the RAAU code and lets your register it. The next day I got 3 emails about 8 hours apart with the code.

We tried dozens of times and on subsequent attempts got either Error 3 or some other error that auto logged her out.

So my log in was temporary disabled due to suspicious account activity (?) and said they'd be sending me an email to recover log in.

After reading the last few pages, I'm trying to figure out why I don't have an early access code. I get this error on my 1.0 legacy character account (my account is not legacy status even though I followed SE's requirements back in the day =/ )

No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.

* Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013. Using the code enclosed with your package, please complete registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.

Even so, I did pre-order the FFXIV: ARR physical copy from SE themselves. I have yet to receive an email that was supposed to have the early access registration code in it. Am I missing a step or something?

Is anyone with a v1 char, not seeing his char on the Mog Station? I'm worried, because I even got a chance to redeem my PS3 EA code, and since the NA servers where down I couldn't see my char, but I know it's alive since I got to use it on phase 3.

Another question, my brother and I bought the v1, but I have bought only one ps3 game, should I need to buy a second one for him? 1) You do not have Legacy so you don<t have preorder
2) Check your spam for possible SE email or try to call them for the Preorder code

I got my Before Meteor discs today from Digital River. They're Japanese. I was expecting US-printed discs if they were going to come with NA-specific Dalamud pet codes.

For anyone else that got Before Meteor, did your CDs come with Japanese print/obis/all that?

Yeah everything was in Japanese for me too. It was stated on the description on the site that it was an import. The 20 digit code def works on NA account though.

Quick question. If I delete my toon I registered in game items with will and start over would those items Still be available for the New toon? Or am I boned.

So I have a question that sort of fits with this thread, close enough.
I had the original 1.0 collectors edition. I downloaded a Realm Reborn and my account is linked to it and it says I have the items that go along with owning 1.0 along with beta, the asura gloves, onion knight hat, baby behemoth etc and when I go to character select, I have my character that's imported from 1.0 and it has the gloves and onion helm (I assume it has the other things as well, but I just haven't gotten them from wherever it is they're hiding in the game.

Problem is I want to start completely fresh and when I created a brand new character, it doesn't start with the gloves/helm and I assume it doesnt have the baby behemoth and other two things either (though I'm not sure as I don't even know where to acquire those things).

Was just wondering if there was a way to get all that stuff on newly created characters or if at least the asuran gloves and onion helm are stuck on only the original character.
Honestly I'm not going to be that distraught if I can't get them, but if I can, free goodies are free goodies.
