What the?! ntoskrnl.exe crashes on new pc.

Okay. I thought this was due to a beta driver but it just happened again after I downgraded.

I've been getting crashes in that paticular exe; here's the crash dumps from WhoCrashed. I hope there isn't any bad parts here or I'm going to be seriously pissed.

    Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

On Wed 8/21/2013 1:00:40 AM GMT your computer crashed
    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\082013-10608-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75B80)
    Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x8884, 0xFFFFFA8000C56850, 0xFFFFFA8000C56A00, 0x501)
    Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a severe memory management error occurred.
This might be a case of memory corruption. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

I can add links to the full crash dumps; last time FFXI was idling while I was playing on my new 3DS btw. Any way I can run this down? I can reformat and reinstall if needed tho redoing FFXI, as always, will be a headache.

[Edit]forgot to mention; this is Windows 7 Ultimate. I would really want to know what's crashing it, it was working fine until those beta video drivers; I regressed but why is it still crashing?
[Edit again] In case people need to know, here's the speccy profile.
