Rowena scrip tokens are turned in to an NPC behind a counter just North-West of the Aetheryte. If you reach the allagan tome trader, you've gone too far.

The Aethersands are all obtained from DoL aetherial reduction (gather collectable item that says it can be reduced, right-click, reduce item). The higher the collectability, the better the results. I've obtained Leafborne from a couple of the "hidden" items (not actually hidden, just doesn't always appear) from the botany ethereal nodes (the ones that spawn for 4 hours around Lv60 nodes). According to garlond tools, it's only obtained if the purity of the item is 8/8 (the higher the collectability, the higher the purity). I think it's safe to assume that leafborne only comes from botany reductions, landborne from miner, and seaborne from fisher.

Follow-up to this, I noticed that the lv58 ARM leves could award 8 adamantite ores (2.6k+ on my server now that MIN can turn them in for scrips, so over 20k of worth), so whenever they did I was getting 200k exp and 8 ores for the cost of 17k or 23k, depending on which leve it was. The non-triple turn in items were both purchasable either in Azys La or Dillyshire

Also, "Sir, Dost Thou Even Heft" is a fantastic leve name.

Finished my last DoH to 60, and now I have 60 adamantite ores in my inventory. Thanks for the heads-up.

You need all the 50 abilities, so even if you want to specialize you gotta get them all to 50. You don't want to try to survive without stuff like byregot's blessing. Steady Hand II (wvr) is nice, but BB (CRP) and Comfort Zone (ALC) are both good for leveling too.

But hell, maybe specialist is so awesome it doesn't matter.

Actually, save your time, don't both with crafting. Spend that time doing something useful like pissing into the wind or telling Trump his hair is terrible.
