Use DE+Meth, take that number and reference the guide for which rotation to use.

Anyone have any luck fishing water/ice clusters?
I tried getting the i180 rod and using my gp on chum instead of patience, I get much less fish obviously but I still end up with useless sea sand and not a single cluster.
It's not a big deal.. it's just annoying that I am swimming in all the clusters I need except water and ice.
**Not a fisher
Do they not come from Reducible fish? Maybe even a few from CUL desynth? I mean, that would make the most sense, but idk.
Yes, but with other types of aetherial reduction you can aim for 2/8 to maximize cluster gain. With fishing you can't target a lower quality fish, so you usually end up with 8/8s which are useless.
Aetherial reduction bar when you go to convert, there are 8 bars, 2/8 of bars filled 8/8 of bars filled etc
Either fish up the Lv 58/59 reducable fish, or reduce your perception a ton to only get to the 6/8 ranges, 7/8-8/8 give seasands.
you'll get dawn sand for 5/9-6/8 but at least thats worth something
Personally, I just use the thousands of clusters I have and sell some to offset buying water/ice clusters in mass.
Oh wow... I'm a moron.. my list of reducible fish was incomplete. Those low level fish can be straight caught with cheap bait. I'll try those.
Screw BSM, all my turn ins are adamantite which is expensive and limited because red scripts. GC is not so bad, but gathering all this adamantite is a pain in my ass and taking way too much time to get 59-60
Right, totally forgot about leves; don't need Blue Scripts much any more so this fits perfectly, thanks!!
Why couldn't they have just made Maker's Mark function as a single action that increased progress (the amount proportionate to the # of free Flawless synths it gives currently).
Half the time I don't even use it simply because I don't feel like taking the time to perform 8 goddamn actions just to save 1 turn later on.
Why would you even need it on a furnishing, you can't HQ them, there's no point in conserving durability >_>
It's a fine skill in terms of the usefulness of the effects, it's just a fucking ridiculous chore to actually use.
So what's your ability loadout with Maker's Mark/Flawless Synthesis?
I consider Hasty/SH2/Reclaim/TotT/CZ/CS2/BB all untouchable, which leaves me with Mani/Ingen2/WN/PbP to drop. I'm guessing Ingen2 and PbP are the ones to go?
Also, regarding PbP vs. Muscle Memory: PbP "increases remaining progress by 1/3," while Muscle Memory "increases progress by one third." So this is not the same thing, right? MM gives you 1/3rd of the total progress?
