40dura macros are generally a waste of time when 80dura macros (with NQ mats) exist. This is the explanation I was originally given, and I approve of it.

If you're not LV50, it's going to be difficult to have enough stats to achieve macro-able results (even on an 80dura) anyway.

What's the point of crafting if you can't do it in style (I wish CRP had more uses, has the suavest gear set).

Made the whole thing Wine Red and haven't really felt like reconsidering.

I was able to make GSM look pretty passable by using Amaljaa dyes. Coeurl yellow for the pants, Raptor blue body/turban, the other T2 blue for arms, bark brown on boots.

I'm going to have to try that. I've done all sort of schemes and can't anything I like. I did all Dalamud(sp) red and that was my favorite so far, but still pretty bad.

Can anyone tell me how many materia have been melded here & what type if possible please? I just bought a full set of GSM AF+1 & i'm left at 312 craftmanship/308 control with it..

Pretty please :3 You would make my life so much more easy by saying that, as its my 1st DoH 50, and I don't want to waste money on materia that would give me +0.

I've personally done them all except the wrists, so I know they are right. Although I'm not sure how that person has 385 CP without food. That's a shit ton of CP. I'm at 339 and only going to get like 3 more from my max melds.

Accessories only have one guaranteed slot. AF has two guaranteed slots. Most items can be melded up to five times, obviously failure rates and random generator number apply. Some things there is no point in melding after 3 or 4 items because you can't add any more craftsmanship/control/cp.

Look at the very first post of thread. There is a reason that 357 craftsmanship, 344 control and 341 CP is a target for guaranteed HQ on 2 star recipes with NQ ingredients. Not required, and patricians gear is gonna do 99% of what HQ AF can do, and can get lucky, and can use HQ ingredients...but it's a good goal to have. Not required by any means though.

Besides that HQ food for the extra CP. Made countless items now but enjoy making a profit on the market, undercutters from 1g to 30-40k have no fucks to give.
