I might be recalling incorrectly but didnt they mention somewhere that the crafter/gatherer stuff would be easier to come by in 2.45? Least hoping theres more ways to get sealant and MC demis...
I think they said easier to "get into" crafting.
I remember them saying that new ps4 players may get stuck around 50 because they arent already established with gil to back them up. So maybe the idea is to lower the entry on i54 crafting while i60 crafting is still at a high ceiling.
The funny thing is that the price of mastercraft demis is so high, and people are complaining about mastercraft demis. You only need a handful to get full artisan gear.
The issue will be the fieldcraft IIIs for the masterbook turn ins (Assuming it is HQ Supra Turn ins). Especially since the supply of myth mats has been cut, I don't think there is enough supply for all but a few hoarders to get the first few masterbooks.
Anyone know when loadstone is updated?
yeah making/getting field3's is insanely expensive atm, its going to suck if its going to require... HQ field3 crafted items get a masterbook.. by a lot O_o what worries me more is that the HQ version is desynthable... just imagine having to HQ that stuff, then desynth it for some rare item. Time to pray to rngjesus if so.
as for lodstone updating, not expecting to see any updates till probably the afternoon.
Do they update the lodestone that quickly?
My impression is that they usually do it after they've patched the game and opened the servers.
hmm I think it was usually about when the servers come up actually, and then the lodstone maintenance, a bit after so you can't read any notes, while the game servers are up.
randomly, I feel like i should teleport and buy a few mil in field3's... for some reason, that HQ tomato sauce worries me ;/
I wonder what ilevel the CUL furniture is.
Hoping they are i70 for some more fieldcraft iii options.
They look to be varied based on the shards/crystals/clusters used. Afternoon Tea Set and Gourmet Supper look to be i70 possibly.
Tea set is...
Chamomile Tea (cheap craft)
Pineapple Ponzecake (1*, Apkallu Egg, Pineapple)
Honey Muffin (buy from Buscaroon's in south shroud)
Acorn Cookie (needs Iron Acorns)
Maple Sugar
Most of the cost is just going to be the crystal-stuff. Supper uses THREE finished foods so fuck that (Knight's Bread, Sauteed Coeurl, Dzemael Gratin)
Sounds like 4 star food, but yeah screw making that stuff (unless its worth a lot) >.>
Could use more cluster crafted stuff, I got so many...
Cool so cul desynthesis will be the new source of Fieldcraft Threes. Leveling my fisher might actually pay off
I understand why you would want this, but as someone who neglected to do their dailies it sucks a lot. Besides, I don't think specialization will solve some of the oversaturation in the market for certain items. As it stands now some crafts have a higher number of profitable synths compared to others, such as Leatherworker/weaver compared to Cul/Alc. Specialization would just cause a majority of players to focus on the crafts with the better synths.
How much do we think these soldiery mats will cost? The 500 tome mythology items usually only required 1 to 3 per product, plus up to 2 terminus putties (total of 1500 tomes maximum), and the 125 philosophy tome items required 9 per product (total of 1125 philosophy maximum).
SE wouldn't make the new items cost 4500-13500 soldiery tomes to synth, right?
The x9 tome item requirement suggests that it will mirror philosophy items structure, but the direction in 2.2 suggests that SE is less afraid to bump up the tome requirement now that there are so many sources.
Hard to say, especially since Platinum Ingot / Ebony Lumber need 9x and Wootz/Arachne/Kirimu need 1x. But their products (Ingots/Lumber/Cloth) are used like 3-5x for most recipes.
Ehcatl Sealan Reagent 8
hnng cost 8 for 1
