Somewhat related question, but how can SE say that video streaming is not allowed during Early Access? People who pre-ordered did not agree to an NDA. Seems like they have no legal backing to enforce no streaming during Early Access

The new TOS pops up when you patch. Maybe it was somewhere in there?

They put in all of this stuff to cover all bases. Its a bigger pain in the ass to amend the ToS, rather than just include everything in there on the first pass. This fluff stuff just basically gives them the ability to point to it being in the ToS if a situation ever arises where they need to take action

It was a short beta, and they had a shit load more to worry about then a few dozen streaming pages.

The agreement is pretty smart on their end. It protects them from a vast amount of idiots who would be apt to attempt a lawsuit over any number of things.
